You receive practical advice, a short written recap and one follow-up email for clarification. A written travel safety assessment is a separate service.

Ritona examines your travel plans and researches the conditions relevant to your destination. The result is a written assessment of the risks and priorities for your trip, with recommendations tailored to you or your family. A 60-minute conversation follows to walk through the findings and answer your questions.

Retreat & Group Travel Safety Assessments
Before your group departs, Ritona takes a close look at where you’re going, where you’re staying and how you’ll get around. You receive written findings and recommendations, advice on your existing participant check-in approach, and separate briefings for you and your participants. The goal is to give decision-makers accurate information, not a false sense of security.
Who it's for: Retreat organizers, wellness brands, yoga instructors, and group travel coordinators.
Study Abroad Safety Review
Sending students abroad involves a level of planning that goes beyond logistics. Ritona provides institutions with a written assessment of destination-specific conditions, the program itinerary, lodging, and transportation. Advice on your existing participant check-in approach, a student safety briefing, and a final briefing for program staff help turn the findings into practical preparation.

Annual Advisory Retainer
For organizations with recurring travel, the retainer reserves professional time for agreed reviews, preparation, and advisory questions. The 12-month engagement includes a monthly advisory call, with all work counted toward a defined annual time allowance. It is built for organizations that would rather have a standing relationship than start fresh each time.
Who it's for: NGOs, small businesses, and organizations with recurring travel-preparation needs.
All packages include a virtual participant briefing. Separate packages can add a destination-site assessment visit, in-person briefings, and standalone participant briefings, all customized to your needs .
Scope of Services
Ritona provides travel safety advice and preparation tailored to your destination, itinerary and concerns. The scope, fee and timing are agreed before work begins. Services do not include travel booking, ongoing monitoring or emergency response. While no assessment can guarantee safety, Ritona helps you understand the risks and travel better prepared.
